We are a group of people from different backgrounds who have chosen the red path. The origin of the roots of the earth lies with Tigre Perrez.
Heriberto and Nubia subsequently brought the ceremonies to Europe.
There are Roots of the Earth ceremonies and families scattered throughout the world.
Together we try to live in community, to develop ourselves further and through the ceremonies to offer people an opportunity to connect with our ancestors, nature and humanity.
We see ourselves as a family. And that’s exactly what you feel at our ceremonies. We walk the path together and support each other along the way. Everyone is welcome. Whether as a visitor, helper, vision seeker, sun dancer or elder. We are all the same. We are all people on this earth. We respect each other and our stories and help each other.
Through the four different ceremonies we express our gratitude to life, the Great Spirit, Mother Earth, our ancestors, our families and all who have been here before us, celebrate life and pray for all our relationships and the next seven generations .
We dedicate our work to the next generations. We are here because the last seven generations paved the way for us. Now it is our turn to leave something wonderful for our next seven generations.
Vision
The vision of the roots of the earth.
Thanks to the legacy of Tigre Perez, for over forty-five years in North and South America and since 2009 also in Europe, it has been possible to accomplish a great task that led to the creation of a global intertribal alliance between indigenous cultures and modern society around the world . Each of these cultures participated in the Raices de la Tierra ceremonies during these years.
According to Tigre Perez's perception, this service opens a gateway to the universal consciousness of man while strengthening the Earth's geomagnetic grid. This facilitates the production of conscious and sustainable life by harmonizing the mineral, plant and animal worlds with the four fundamental elements of Mother Earth - fire, water, air and earth. The community is achieved through the indigenous prayer of the elders who reflect together in a single spirit-mind-heart by listening and respecting Mother Earth and humanity during the various ceremonies.
Roots of the Earth Today
It all started as a small circle in Mexico. Over the years, thanks to a lot of commitment from Heriberto and Nubia, The vision not only spread in Central and South America, but also came to Europe about 15 years ago. Starting with the vision quest and subsequent Kiva in Austria, more and more people in Europe and around the world became interested in this path.
The Kiva fire moved to Holland after the cycle in Austria, and is currently in Germany.
In Italy there is a vision of buying our own space where the Kiva will remain open permanently.
In recent years there have been more and more people in Europe who want to take part in the Sun Dance.
The current vision is to buy a place in Bilbao, Spain, where the Sun Dance of the Roots of the Earth Family in Europe will take place annually in the future.
This year also sees the first vision quest in Australia. There are now family ceremonies on all five continents.
